Alcohol-based wipes for rapid disinfection
BACTICID WIPES are alcohol-based wipes made of synthetic material for the rapid disinfection of alcohol-resistant surfaces of medical devices. They have a broad fungicidal and bactericidal effect: they destroy Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (incl. the tuberculosis pathogen) and fungi, and deactivate both enveloped and non-enveloped viruses (incl. HBV, HIV, Rota and Adeno).
The wipes use pure, low-volatility ethyl alcohol to avoid respiratory allergies. They are lint-free, non-woven and contain no cellulose. No rinsing is needed: they leave no lint and do not change the look of surfaces. They can also be used on surfaces that come into contact with food.

Open the flap on the lid and pull a wipe out up to the perforation; close the flap right away so the wipes do not dry out
Wipe the surface so that it is completely and evenly moistened
Contact time 30 seconds
If there is visible soiling, first clean it off with a detergent and dry the surface
Because the disinfecting solution has passed tests against BVDV (an HCV surrogate) and vaccinia virus, it inactivates all enveloped viruses, including blood-borne HBV, HCV and HIV, orthomyxoviruses (incl. influenza, H5N1) and herpesviruses (Herpes simplex).
